Finn is another classic soft organic, unpasteurised cheese from the Neal's Yard Creamery. Finn is an amazingly stunning soft cheese rich, luxurious and devilishly oozey.   What's it taste like Finn is made from unpasteurized cow's milk with added double cream. The cheese has a white bloomy mould coating and a smooth primrose yellow paste. As Finn matures the texture becomes luxuriously melting with a rich slightly salty sweet flavour. Where's it from Neal's Yard Creamery, Herefordshire. It comes a 200g cylindrical organic whole cheese. Suitable for vegetarians.
